After being aged for 5 years in our cellars, it undergoes a double refining in our cellars, passing through Bourbon and Cognac casks. This double-finishing process gives rise to a rich, fruity aromatic profile, characteristic of Anglo-Saxon rums. This gourmet rum, with no added colorants or sugars, allows the terroir to express itself fully.
